What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms to hotel standards
- Stock, organize, and maintain minibar inventory, ensuring refrigerators are clean and fully operational
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms daily, including bathrooms, surfaces, and living areas
- Empty trash, refresh linens and amenities, and ensure rooms are always guest-ready
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following hotel sanitation standards
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting, pushing, or pulling moderate weights
- Deliver friendly, professional service with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Open availability, able to work weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a guest-focused service mindset
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
