RFX Leadership Director - Remote Procurement

RTX is seeking an Associate Director of RFX Management to build and lead a centralized RFX function supporting three SBUs. You will standardize processes, enable enterprise-wide sourcing excellence, and drive measurable cost savings. You will design enterprise-wide frameworks, oversee end-to-end RFX activities, and develop KPIs, dashboards, and governance to ensure speed, quality, and fairness in supplier selection.
