About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant Dean for its University Libraries. The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and visionary leader, playing a pivotal role in advancing the institution's mission of research, teaching, and community engagement. This senior leadership position involves leading a diverse portfolio that encompasses research support, teaching and learning, user services, assessment, and collection strategy. The Assistant Dean will be responsible for several departments within the central campus libraries and will work closely with faculty, students, staff, and external partners to ensure the libraries remain a dynamic knowledge hub and innovation partner.
