Job order - J0426-1725 - Permanent Full Time Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst Category: Legal Affairs City: Fairfax, Virginia, United States Position Description CGI is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to provide audit liaison support for U.S. Government agency audits, support Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance activities and deliverables, and interpret and apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues. The analyst will work on problems of moderate complexity and report directly to CGI Federal’s Director of Government Compliance. This position is located in Fairfax, VA. Responsibilities Work with management to ensure compliance with CAS and FAR and resolve compliance issues. Provide audit liaison support for Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Department of State (DOS), and other U.S. Government agency audits. Assist with the preparation of the company’s provisional billing rates (PBRs), forward pricing rates (FPRs), and annual incurred cost proposal (ICP) submissions. Conduct internal timecard floor check audits and complete other compliance deliverables as assigned. Review Accounting, Finance, Contracts policies and procedures for compliance with established practices and FAR and CAS regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of experience working on U.S. Government CAS and FAR cost accounting compliance issues. Direct experience providing audit liaison support on U.S. Government audits. Demonstrated ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Can work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Desired Qualifications Working knowledge of government contract accounting. Incurred cost submission preparation experience. Familiarity with CostPoint and Cognos Analytics. Flexibility to travel as needed (less than 10% of the time). Compensation Range A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 – $136,200.00.
