Registered Nurse (RN) - Days Shift

Location: Colorado

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts - Days

Job Description: This position assumes responsibility and accountability for providing nursing care for patients and their families. Expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families is expected. The RN will collaborate with providers, staff, and other members of the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role involves overseeing daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to triage incoming patient requests for services.
• Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with other physicians and healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate capability to handle high volumes of patient requests efficiently.
• Provide excellent service by utilizing Relationship-Based Care principles.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
