We want people who work to improve the output, and who are always working on the next big thing.Responsibilities:• Create inspiring strategies and is able to pull the strategy through the entirecreative process from start to finish• Display a proven record of innovative ideas, approaches and final work product• Serve as a resource for creative ideas on brand and consumer issues• Can easily identify potential hurdles for the business and take the lead on solving them• Serve as lead on multiple projects and may have direct reports• Forge strong relationships internally with other departments and with mid-levelmarketing clients• Earn the trust and respect of team members through understanding of consumerissues, leveraging insights, writing briefs and conducting briefingsRequirements:· 3+ years of relevant experience· Specialized skillset/experience in market research and data analysis· Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required $90,000 - $115,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
