I opened my agency in 2024 after spending seven years as a State Farm agent aspirant while earning my bachelor’s degree in business management from Rollins College. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a server, and I’ve always been driven by the goal of owning my own business and doing work that truly matters. Today, our team has grown to seven members, and we’re focused on building something that’s both high-performing and purpose-driven.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jessica Cruz Phung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
