Hospital Medicine Physician Assistant (Nocturnist)

Make an Impact Where it Matter Most as a Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Fresno, California Deliver patient-centered care that makes a difference. We are hiring full time or part time Physician Assistants for our nocturnist role. A n octurnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
- Board certified/eligible physician assistant.
- Active California license preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Flexible scheduling is available. Full time positions follow a 7 on/7 off rotation.
- Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 pm- 7 am.
- Our night clinician will perform admissions in addition to cross coverage.
- No procedures required.
- Work alongside other nocturnist physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
- Utilize Epic EMR.

- Annual compensation of $175,000 -180,000 salary based on the number of shifts worked. Opportunity for bonuses. Excellent total rewards package.
