Territory Sales Representative
R Squared Solutions seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth, brand visibility, and in-store execution across an assigned region. In this client-facing role, you will build and manage retailer and manufacturer relationships, execute promotional programs, and optimize product placement to boost sales and customer engagement. You'll analyze territory performance, identify opportunities, and collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory to achieve revenue and distribution targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, retailers, and key decision-makers
- Execute integrated product promotion and brand awareness programs in assigned territory
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive trends
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on strategic campaigns
- Present program results and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor in-store execution, merchandising, and compliance with promotional plans
- Develop and maintain territory sales forecasts and call plans
- Provide feedback from the field to support innovation and customer engagement strategies
- Represent R Squared Solutions' culture of collaboration, creativity, and customer focus
