Overview

We're hiring a Caregiver for flexible shifts in Sun City West, AZ. With Health Insurance and Paid Time Off, Adultcare Assistance Homecare ensures you are supported both in and out of work. Pay is $17 - $20/hour depending on experience and certifications.

Caregivers in this role help clients with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation — while also providing the kind of consistent companionship that makes home care feel different from a facility. The work is part hands-on assistance and part relationship-building. You’ll learn each client’s preferences and routines and become a trusted part of their week.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Keep your client beautiful assisting with bathing and grooming
• Restore dignity with thoughtful incontinence care management
• Light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home
• Keep seniors healthy with meal preparation
• Avoid hospital readmissions with medication reminders
• Keep seniors out of danger with memory care safety
• Assist with physical therapy exercises

Qualifications

• HEART FOR SENIORS - Have a genuine desire to work with seniors
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass drug screening test
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Car
• Proof of auto insurance
