Job Full Description

A local company is seeking a part-time Receptionist to perform a variety of tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

As the Receptionist you are responsible for answering phones, operating the switchboard, routing calls, and greeting visitors. Some other responsibilities may include; scheduling meetings and conference rooms, making coffee, coordinating mail flow in and out of office, signing in visitors, giving visitor badges, keeping the reception area tidy, and basic clerical duties.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or the equivalent.
At least one year of previous work experience
Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service and problem solving skills
Clerical skills including word processing, filing, and records management
Drug Screening
Background Check

Evaluation-to-hire position

Hours are Tuesday - Thursday 8am to 5pm. Pay rate is $16.00/hour
