Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist preferred.
• Registration with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
