We're seeking a caring and experienced Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care for an adult/senior population. Join a collaborative team focused on strong patient relationships and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care under physician collaboration
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order/interpret diagnostics and create individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and document accurately in the EMR

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Active PA licensure 13+ years primary care experience preferred
• 1+ years primary care experience
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-relationship skills
• EMR proficiency and team-oriented mindset
