Maintenance Technician

As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, and oversee functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room. Responsible for all facility needs at our 6 central Indianapolis locations. Responsibilities and Requirements This position requires an individual that is self-motivated, able to manage time, proficient at multi-tasking, and pays great attention to detail and safety. Salary range starts at $50,000 for the right individual. Required Knowledge or Skills Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools Ability to work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep the car wash in good working order Ability to read blueprints Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule Manage monthly maintenance expense report Keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained Ability to lift 50+ lbs Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training.
