The Editor/Writer shall be responsible for producing classified and unclassified historical publications and articles based on manuscripts, converting the manuscripts to Adobe InDesign, and editing the products; the Editor/Writer shall perform publication support tasks to include: counting publication copies, maintaining metrics, mailing publications, and coordinating publication shipments and distribution events.

What You Bring:

• TS/SCI clearance with CI or FS poly and willingness to take and maintain FS poly;
• Motivation and drive to excel and passion for chronicling and retelling the history of an historical organization and its people;
• Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, scanning technology, and general desktop publishing principles;
• Three (3) years of experience in writing and editing documents to include a thorough knowledge of English grammar, style, and organization principles;
• Three (3) years of experience with the organization and terminology of the cryptologic process and system, as well as knowledge of the components and operation of the U.S. Intelligence Community;
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in English or in a directly related field; in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.
