Junior IT Administrator & Client Services Support

This dual role will have a primary focus on supporting all aspects of our IT operations including ongoing support and the continued maturity of our processes and technology. Additionally, the secondary activities will be in support of our client engagements through various technical support services. Responsibilities With this dual role, you will be supporting multiple initiatives and tasks concurrently. This may include the following activities. IT Administrator Management of user identities, access controls, and security policies within Azure Active Directory. Implementation and maintenance of multi-factor authentication and single sign-on solutions. Monitoring and rapid response to security incidents and access requests. Configuration and oversight of mobile device management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Administration of application deployment, patch management, and device security within Microsoft Intune. Support for the seamless onboarding and offboarding of mobile and remote workforce devices. SharePoint Administration Collaborating with various teams to create, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries, and document repositories. Ensuring rigorous data governance, integrity, and security within SharePoint Online. Rapid troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SharePoint services. Office 365 Administration Administering user accounts, licenses, and email services within the Office 365 environment. Offering dependable end-user support for Office 365 applications and services. Collaborating with the IT team to implement and uphold O365 security and compliance features. Onboarding and Ongoing IT Support Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning accounts, devices, and access to necessary tools. Providing ongoing IT support, responding to user queries, resolving technical issues, and assisting with training. Supporting remote workforce needs and optimizing user experience. Documentation and Reporting Maintaining meticulous documentation of configurations, changes, and incident responses. Regularly generating comprehensive reports on the performance and security status of Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and O365. Providing responses to vendor risk assessment questionnaires from our clients Contributing to the development and enhancement of IT policies and procedures. Client Delivery Support Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies. Adaptable, welcomes change, and is comfortable with ambiguities. Effectively balances competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. Organized, responsive, and persistent with good follow-through; customer service oriented. Demonstrates initiative, passion, and resourcefulness. Maintains a strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Prior work experience in administering Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and Office 365. A firm grasp of cloud-based IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices. Strong understanding of the basics of TCP/IP and web fundamentals. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent, are a definite plus.
