Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You’ll Make an ImpactResponsible for the full end-to-end data science process, including ETL, model development, validation, deployment into workflows, and measurement of financial impact.Partner with cross-functional teams to implement models in production and conduct post-launch testing and enhancements.Apply analytical and statistical algorithms to help stakeholders enhance their business strategiesCollaborate on the design and implementation of data quality procedures for both current and new data sourcesCommunicate data science solutions and complex analyses clearly to team members and business leadersEstablish connections across existing data sources and uncover new data correlationsPresent data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform business decisionsEnsure testing and validation are integral to all analytics solutions, achieving project goals within deadlines while proactively communicating progressWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, operations research or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience3 years in data analytics2 years programming experienceSkillsEffective verbal and written communication, relationship management and customer service skillsBuilding Logistic Regression models, Random Forest models, XGBoost models using PythonAbility to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervisionExperience with analytical and statistical softwareProficient using data science toolkits such as PythonComprehensive SQL skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data accuracyCapacity for in-depth and independent research and analysisAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyDeep understanding of computer science principles including algorithms, data structures and design methodologiesFamiliarity with big data tools such as Spark and Hive#LI-JV1 BDA303 2026-77930 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
