Senior Social Media ManagerAs part of the Social Media & Influencer team, the Senior Social Media Manager executes Raising Cane's social media strategy across all social platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing content calendars, social publishing, content creation and ideation, community management, monitoring trends and brand mentions, and social media performance reporting. The Senior Social Media Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives and provides evening, weekend, and holiday support as business needs require.Your Impact and Responsibilities: Lead daily publishing across all brand social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and YouTubeOversee brand and founder content calendars and drive ongoing updatesDevelop social media copy that aligns with brand and founder voice and messagingPartner with Creative Services to develop and execute content, including trend-based, food-focused, and culturally relevant social contentPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media performance reports and provide strategic analysisOversee social media channel maintenance, including profile updates, social media bio links, and platform information pagesEvaluate potential partnerships through a social media and brand reputation lens and demonstrate an understanding of cultural and consumer trendsLead community engagement activities, including monitoring sentiment across social platforms, responding to Customer interactions, identifying user-generated content opportunities, and securing permissions for use across brand social channelsMonitor emerging trends and escalate potential social media issues in partnership with the Customer Relations teamExecute surprise-and-delight initiatives, manage communications with contest and giveaway winners, and support social media requests from local teams, including post amplification and event page creationTravel Requirements:Up to 30%Qualifications5+ years of social media management experience supporting a major consumer-facing brand3+ years of agency or client-side social media management experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fieldStrong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and emerging channels, with experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools such as SprinklrStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience with social media copywriting and brand voice developmentExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings, as business needs require
