Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Brickell Luxury Motors, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and outstanding customer experience to each guest. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, demonstrate vehicle features, and ensure they drive off with a pre-owned vehicle. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
• Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years prior automotive sales experience is required - luxury auto sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and sales-related software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
