Northgate Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Bessemer, Alabama. - Active Nursing Home Administrator license
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive outcomes
- Passion for senior care and creating a strong workplace culture
