Are you a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia services? We are seeking a highly qualified CRNA to support our North Coast Surgery Center, playing a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Required Skills:

• Valid active California RN license and CA DEA registration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proven experience in anesthesia care, with at least 2 years of hospital clinical activity in anesthesiology
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and perioperative care
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient and ambulatory surgery anesthesia
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications or training in pain management or subspecialties
• Prior experience working in surgery centers or outpatient facilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing CRNA in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Flexibility to cover at least two weeks or more per month, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with guaranteed 8 hours daily and overtime after 8 hours

Other Requirements:

• Full compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing processes, including updated CV and hospital privileges documentation
• Ability to start on or before August 1, 2026
• Willingness to adhere to travel-related reimbursements, including parking and approved rental car expenses
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and participating in ongoing education as required

This role offers competitive pay at $1.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits such as weekly direct deposit pay, medical insurance, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
