Impact Advisors, a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Director, HB/PB HIM & Coding to lead enterprise-wide HIM and coding operations across a 22-hospital, 500+ clinic system. You will oversee three Directors and guide the Epic upgrade project. The role requires a proven track record stabilizing large distributed teams, strong executive communication, and a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s is preferred.
