McKinney, Texas, United States Description and Responsibilities RideNow Powersports - Dallas/Fort Worth, the largest powersports retailer in the country, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and knows how to build winning teams. What You'll Do: Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service. Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets Cultivate a high-performing team culture through ongoing coaching, training, and accountability Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships Requirements What You Bring: 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred (automotive, RV, or marine industries considered) Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading successful sales teams Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties Why Join RideNow?
