Chip's Family Restaurant has been a landmark in Orange and Fairfield Connecticut for many years. Famous for its perfect pancakes, it also has a creative lunch and dinner menu.

Chip's is proud to offer a fun, family oriented dining experience. We're famous for our 40 varieties of pancakes and have been voted the best pancakes in Connecticut for 8 years straight!

Job Description

Chip's Servers enjoy working in a fun, family oriented and fast paced environment. Our servers are accustomed to going that extra step in building relationships with our customers, bringing smiles to kids' faces and delighting guests with our incredible menu selections.

Greet and seat guests
Provide fast, fun and friendly service to guests while creating an "at-home" environment
Take food orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner
Understand when something isn't quite right and be able to fix the problem for the customer
Elevate concerns to management appropriately

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual
Able to work as part of a team
Pays attention to detail
Must be available on weekends
