Team Tobias Staffing is seeking an experienced Paralegal in Houston. As a paralegal, you will be a member of our corporate legal team, reporting directly to your Managing Legal Counsel. This role supports a diverse range of legal and operational outcomes, including many business issues. Reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing third-party supplier contracts Coordinating and documenting Tracking the statuses of third-party supplier contracts throughout various contract and risk review processes Completing risk methodology spreadsheets and data entry in applicable systems Assisting with legal contract assessments Receiving and responding to direction from attorneys Excellent time and project management skills Significant knowledge of and ability to understand contract language Proven ability to complete work and resolve issues with minimal supervision Extensive experience with WORD, Excel, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with third‑party risk management and use of contracts/risk management programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
