We’re looking for a Maintenance Foreman to lead and oversee field maintenance operations across our assets. 100% employer paid medical, vision, and dental premiums for applicable plans 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous match Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Potential RSU awards, subject to plan terms, performance, and company discretion Career growth with potential for future advancement Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily work of maintenance technicians across assigned areas Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize production uptime Make decisions on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Participate in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for maintenance staff Develop and implement maintenance processes, standards, and preventative maintenance programs Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party services Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Partner with Operations leadership to align maintenance strategy with production goals Qualifications 5+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams Strong understanding of production equipment and field operations Demonstrated ability to manage people, priorities, and performance Experience with hiring, coaching, and employee development Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
