About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the global recruitment strategy and team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be tasked with designing and driving the adoption of efficient and structured recruiting practices, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize processes, and generating new recruiting solutions to sustain the company's success.
