Affordable Housing Assistant Property Manager

Evergreen Real Estate Services is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations at affordable housing communities in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, compliance with HUD/LIHTC, rent collection, and coordination of vendor services. Ideal to have 1–3 years in affordable housing or leasing, with HUD/LIHTC familiarity and a state leasing license.
