The Impact Youll Have

• Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Direct and support daily store operations including sales transactions and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Lead and support the team in achieving sales goals while maintaining Sea Bags brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising inventory and store presentation to ensure the location is organized well-stocked and on brand.
• Train and coach employees on company policies sales techniques product knowledge and customer experience.
• Process sales transactions returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and leadership.

What Were Looking For

• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.
• Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
• Previous experience in sales customer service or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• A team player with a can-do attitude whos willing to jump in and support as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
