Outpatient Adult Psychiatry | Jackson, Wyoming4-Day Work Week (Mon OFF) | 100% NO CALL | Light Volume (~8-9 Patients/Day)

Step into an established, employed adult psychiatry practice with a hospital system in Jackson, Wyoming. Enjoy complete clinical autonomy, zero inpatient or call duties, and a guaranteed 3-day weekend every week-all in a state with 0% state income tax and access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Tue - Fri, 10-hour days) | Guaranteed 3-Day Weekend Every Week (Mondays Off)
• Call & Inpatient: 100% Outpatient | ZERO Call & ZERO Inpatient (Dedicated hospitalist psychiatrist handles all consults)
• Pace & Workload: Extremely manageable targeted pace of 170 visits per month (~8-9 patients/day)
• Admin Time: 15% built-in dedicated administrative time with full autonomy over schedule templates (intakes & follow-ups)
• Tax Advantage: 0% Wyoming State Income Tax

• Support Staff: Full on-site clinical support including a dedicated RN, Medical Assistant, and embedded LCSWs
• Consultation Coverage: Shared campus with an established, double-boarded psychiatrist taking all hospital consults

• Degree: MD or DO
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Adult)
