Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Night Shift, Travel Position Schedule This position involves 3 × 11.5 hour shifts per week on the Night Shift (19:00 – 07:30), totaling 35 hours per week. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care across various units, including progressive care and emergency departments. Nurses are expected to float to different units as needed and care for admitted patients based on their clinical skills. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in various units including NB5 (MT), K5 (MT), A5 (MS), K6 (MS/Onc), 6E (MS/BMU), 6W (MS, Tele, PCU), 7W (MS) & 7E (PCU), K7 (MT). Care for admitted patients and provide quality care in a floating capacity across units. Maintain a nurse to patient ratio ranging from 1:4 to 1:6. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred. Previous travel nursing experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
