You will be part of a collaborative team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the objectives and requirements of each patient in a rehabilitation setting.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing a focused and individualized approach to care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Develop and deliver fitness and wellness programs tailored to the specific needs of individual patients, enhancing their recovery journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to ensure high-quality outcomes for every patient interaction.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient services and interactions accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide education to patients about their conditions and promote a proactive approach to health management.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to devise holistic care strategies for complex cases.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, encouraging them to reach their maximum functional potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean record and no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in developing and conducting exercise regimens, individualized based on patient objectives.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of assisting patients in rehabilitating from sports injuries and surgeries.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
