Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Part-Time | Afternoons & Evenings Available Location: In-Person - Battle Creek, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)
We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drillsjust meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
- Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
- Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
- Build genuine relationships with kids and families
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
- 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
- Previous experience working with children
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
