AI documentation saves hours of charting. Facility Overview Our facility is a research‑grade biomechanics lab and human performance center. We use 3D IMU sensors, muscle EMG, force plates, high‑speed video, and serve as the physical therapy team for the MLS San Jose Earthquakes and high‑level ultra‑ and marathon runners. Ideal Candidates Perform gait analysis, return‑to‑sport testing, sports performance testing, initial evaluations, and follow‑up appointments. Ensure clients achieve their clinical, health, and lifestyle outcomes. Clearly communicate the value of our services. Provide a level of customer care that encourages referrals. Current CPR certification. Minimum 2years of experience (new grads welcome). CSCS and OCS – preferred. Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills. Must be a U.S. citizen. Position Highlights 1‑hour evaluations and follow‑ups. Work with motivated athletes and clients invested in their outcomes. Ample opportunity for professional growth through in‑house training and mentorship. 2‑hour professional development training and in‑services every week. 60 minutes of 1:1 weekly mentorship with an OCS and sports biomechanics professional.
