Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Transaction & Listing Manager to oversee the transaction lifecycle of our company-owned real estate investments. This is a unique role combining real estate transaction coordination, property pricing and market analysis, listing management, and licensed real estate activities . You will help manage our investment properties from the time we place a property under contract for acquisition through the purchase closing, and then later help prepare, price, list, contract, and close the property when it is ready for resale. This is not a traditional real estate sales position and does not require prospecting or generating clients. Your primary client is our investment company. We are looking for someone who loves real estate but is equally comfortable with systems, deadlines, documentation, spreadsheets, contracts, and checklists. The ideal person can move between detailed transaction coordination and higher-level real estate judgment without losing track of the details. Who Will Thrive in This Role You will likely love this position if you are the person who naturally keeps everyone organized, notices when something doesn't look right, follows up before being asked, and gets satisfaction from taking a complicated transaction all the way to completion. You should be comfortable wearing several related hats. One day may involve coordinating an acquisition closing with an attorney, while another may involve analyzing comparable sales and recommending a listing price, preparing a property for MLS, negotiating an offer, or managing a resale closing. We value people who take ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is extremely organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active transactions at different stages simultaneously. You should be someone who enjoys creating order, following systems, checking details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — while also having the real estate knowledge and confidence to analyze properties and negotiate transactions. Compensation Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually , based on experience. This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses tied to achievement of EOS Rocks and performance expectations , with the opportunity to earn approximately $12,000 in additional annual compensation .
