Human Resources Manager

Our client, a professional services firm located in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support HR operations for their growing team. This role will oversee core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage HR initiatives in a professional services environment.
