Our growth strategy combines internal development with strategic acquisitions-we've successfully integrated more than a dozen companies in recent years. With an extensive inventory exceeding 3 million parts that cover over 125 million vehicle applications, we guarantee our customers can access the components they need exactly when they need them. Parts Authority employs a dedicated team of professionally trained, knowledgeable counter specialists who excel at identifying the precise parts and optimal brands for every application. We stock premium brands for both domestic and foreign vehicles, partnering with over 400 global suppliers including industry leaders such as AC Delco, Motorcraft, Denso, Bosch, KYB, Monroe, Gates, Dorman, and Exide. As we continue our aggressive expansion, we're seeking a driven, self-directed professional to join us as a Territory Sales Manager.

- Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
- Design and implement territory-specific market development strategies
- Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts
- Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor and elevate service delivery standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors
- Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives
- Drive team performance toward established objectives
- Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute targeted business action plans
- Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support loss prevention initiatives
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment
- Required Experience
- Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory (typically 50% or more)
