Overview The Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary provides appropriate secretarial support to patients and families and professional staff to ensure efficient customer‑oriented service delivery. The Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary actively supports and incorporates WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The unit is a certified stroke unit that provides comfort care to patients and medically monitored patients, and offers a fast‑paced and varied experience.
