Position Overview This position involves various manual tasks including, but not limited to, the following: shoveling; sweeping; steam cleaning; painting; tire work; mechanical assistance; lifting, pushing and pulling various objects and raking. Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.This position will require working at heights. Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Other duties as assigned per supervisor. Previous related experience in the construction field is preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instruction. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions Valid Driver's License is required.
