Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Arden Hills, MN. We specialize in packaging and distributing medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Regular operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. This position requires an every third weekend rotation.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring the safe and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role includes supervising pharmacy staff, supporting workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all state-specific rules and regulations. Success in this position requires sound independent judgment, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
• Assist Pharmacist-In-Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff
• Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care.

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
• Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
• Immunization Certified in State of MN within 30 Days

• 1 year Pharmacist
