Position Overview An established healthcare network is seeking experienced Hematology/Oncology Physicians to lead and develop a medical oncology practice in El Paso, Texas. This is a leadership-focused opportunity within a highly integrated cancer care environment supported by strong multidisciplinary resources. Practice Environment The outpatient oncology clinic is part of a comprehensive care setting co-located with:Infusion servicesCancer navigation teamPhysical therapy servicesThe system provides extensive on-site clinical support, including:In-house laboratory servicesAdvanced imaging capabilitiesOncology pharmacyPathology servicesMultidisciplinary tumor boards with collaborative case review Key Highlights 32 patient contact hours per weekRobust outpatient support team, including:Patient care techniciansClinical and office coordinatorsApproximately 6 chemotherapy nursesOncology pharmacistCertified cancer navigatorsStrong inpatient support structure, including:Hospitalist team managing admissionsEstablished surgical subspecialists (breast, thyroid, colorectal, liver) available for collaboration Qualifications MD or DO degreeBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/OncologyMinimum of 5+ years of clinical experience requiredActive Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Compensation and Benefits Salary guarantee plus wRVU production modelRelocation assistanceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceDeferred compensation planMalpractice insurance coverage401(k) retirement planCME allowance Lifestyle Information: Live in a beautiful, family-oriented environmentWarm, sunny weather year-roundNo state income taxLower cost of livingShort commute timesAbundant outdoor recreation: including hiking, mountain biking, and desert explorationsSlower pace of life contributing to improved work-life balance4 Hours from Tucson, AZ4 Hours from Albuquerque, NMAccess to international airport RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
