Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating online, and providing excellent customer service.
No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions.
Assist customers with basic issues, requests, and account-related inquiries.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction.
Document customer conversations and relevant information when required.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Basic computer skills and comfort using online communication tools.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
