Backed by strong leadership and ambitious growth plans, the company offers a fast-paced, collaborative culture where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from the ground up.Job DescriptionManage daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and policy administrationPartner with manufacturing leadership to support plant operations and workforce planningLead recruitment efforts for manufacturing, operations, quality, and corporate hiresEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry regulations and HR best practicesSupport payroll, benefits administration, and leave management processesAssist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee programs appropriate for a startup environmentDrive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, high-performance cultureHandle employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentMaintain accurate employee records and HR reporting metricsCollaborate with leadership on organizational growth, retention strategies, and process improvementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
