- Prepare and clean molds for concrete pouring
- Place and vibrate concrete into molds
- Install steel reinforcement per specifications
- Remove forms and help move cured precast products
- Assist production teams to keep operations efficient
- Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs repetitively ; stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and dusty environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Construction or precast experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow direction from Foremen, Leads, Superintendents, and Safety personnel
- Overnight shift (start time varies by season-discuss during interview)
- Sunday-Thursday NIGHT
- Must arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
- $19.25-$25/hour ++ , depending on skill level
- Weekly pay
- Construction: 3 years
- Helpful: Precast concrete: 2 years
