Project Leader

Baxter seeks a Project Leader to support cross-functional teams in new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives within a regulated medical device environment. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams executing new product development and sustaining engineering projects
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, track progress, and manage action items and milestones
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with established processes
• Participate in Agile Scrum activities and support geographically dispersed teams on international launches
• Prepare status updates and contribute to risk, issue, and change management discussions

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, engineering, operations, or technical product development roles
• Foundational knowledge of project management practices including scheduling, task coordination, and risk tracking
• Working knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Compensation: $88,000-$121,000 base annually
