Experience in product management is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring our products meet market needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Define and track product KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into our product strategy. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 8+ years of experience in product management. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a technology or data analytics company. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a willingness to take on challenges and drive results. Certifications in product management or related fields are a plus.
