Senior Accountant

Our client is a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys owning the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, and partnering cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items Support the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting analyses Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies Partner with FP&A and other business teams to support reporting and operational initiatives Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and efficiencies Participate in special projects, system implementations, and other ad‑hoc initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month‑end close Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Public accounting experience and/or CPA is a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr 3 Bridge Networks
