Position: Full‑time Dance Teacher Required qualifications and duties include: teaching all genres and styles of dance (modern, ballet, jazz, hip hop, Latin, musical theatre, cultural forms, choreography, improvisation); collaborating with music and theatre teachers; building a comprehensive performing‑arts program that incorporates 21st‑century learning skills; integrating dance into the Common Core and literacy initiatives; engaging the larger school community in dance; and connecting students to dance opportunities throughout Greater New York City.
