Catering Lead – Your role supports Panera’s catering operations by helping guests plan and choose meals for events, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow‑ups to keep guests satisfied. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events. Strictly adhere to health and food‑safety standards and maintain Panera’s quality standards for food. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support managers and teammates as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Complete basic food‑safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law). Easily communicate and enjoy interacting with people. Self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Must have own vehicle with acceptable driving record for delivery duties. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and fast‑paced priorities. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours. Fluent in clear communication in a loud environment.
