Corporate Senior Associate / Partner
Location: Miami, FL
Experience: 6–15 years
Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate Practice Group in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney to work on sophisticated corporate matters within a collaborative and growing practice.
What You’ll Work On:
- Advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions
- Assisting with fundraising documentation and fund formation matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transactional documents
- Supporting complex corporate transactions from structuring through closing
- Counseling clients on general corporate and contractual matters
- Collaborating closely with practice group leadership and other senior attorneys
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–15 years of corporate transactional experience
- Strong experience with M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters
- Experience with fundraising documentation and fund formation preferred
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions and client relationships
- Strong business judgment and attention to detail
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission required
